Terms of Service
These terms apply to the Thedashbit habit tracker (the "Service"). By creating an account or continuing to use the Service, you agree to these terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to do so; if you are agreeing as an individual, you confirm you are of legal age.

The Service is provided by, and you are contracting with, Roddick Soram, an individual sole proprietor trading as Thedashbit ("we", "us", "our").

Your licence
A purchase gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the paid features for as long as the Service runs, including future updates. You may not resell, redistribute or share your access, reverse engineer the Service, or work around its technical limits.
Intellectual property
Thedashbit owns the Service and everything in it — software, design, documentation and branding — and retains all intellectual property rights in it. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership to you. The habits, logs, goals and reflections you enter remain yours; you grant us a limited licence to host and process that content solely to provide the Service to you.
Your account and acceptable use
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details confidential, for the accuracy of the information you give us, and for activity under your account. You must not misuse the Service, including: using it unlawfully, committing fraud or sending spam, infringing anyone's intellectual property, or interfering with its security (malware, probing, scraping or unauthorised access).
Payments, orders and subscriptions
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Prices are shown at checkout and may include applicable taxes. Our own refund policy offers a 14-day money-back guarantee on top of that.
Availability
We work to keep the app online and your data safe, but we cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free service. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for material breach of these terms, non-payment or a chargeback, suspected fraud or a security risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. Where reasonable we will warn you first and give you a chance to put things right. You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from Settings; on termination your data is deleted, and you may export it beforehand.
Liability
The Service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we exclude indirect or consequential loss including lost profits, data or goodwill. Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; meaningful changes will be announced in the app before they take effect. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Imphal, Manipur have jurisdiction over any dispute.
